Six-party talks on North Korea��s nuclear program hit a snag Thursday afternoon,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when an afternoon round-table session was put off after the morning��s bilateral session between the U.S. and the Stalinist country made no progress.

A high-ranking official in the U.S. delegation said the two sides agree that this round of talks must produce results. He said the two countries were focusing on what points could be included in a draft agreement,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Russia's Interfax agency quoted a North Korean source as saying, "The United States is calling for international inspections of nuclear facilities in September, and based on those results a schedule to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula. Due to the unilateral demands by the U.S. it's becoming difficult to reach a substantive agreement at the six-party talks."
South Korean chief negotiator Song Min-soon said it appeared the talks will last at least until Friday. ��As of now, I don't know if they'll continue next week," he added.
Meanwhile,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Pyongyang is calling for the Korean Peninsula to become a nuclear-free zone,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], apparently a step up from mere "denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula" it has talked about since 2002.
Experts say that a nuclear-free zone is a much more inclusive concept than is provided by the Joint Declaration on the Denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula of 1991 concluded by both Koreas. The declarations says neither North nor South Korea can test,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], manufacture, receive, possess, store,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], deploy or use nuclear weapons, nor are they permitted reprocessing or uranium enrichment facilities, while nuclear energy can be used only for peaceful purposes.
But a nuclear-free zone, according to a North Korean periodical,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], is a region where not only nuclear weapons development but also foreign nuclear bases are banned. It would also ban peaceful use of nuclear energy and the passage through the territory, territorial waters and airspace of ships or planes armed with nuclear weapons. Thus it was no accident that North Korean chief negotiator Kim Kye-gwan cited as mandatory conditions a ban on bringing nuclear weapons in from outside the region and the scrapping of any nuclear strike-first strategy.
Diplomats believe North Korea wants to stop U.S. aircraft carriers or nuclear submarines from docking in South Korea as well block deployment of American tactical weapons. The establishment of a nuclear-free zone could seriously curtail exercises by the U.S. Forces in Korea. "It��s something neither South Korea nor the United States can accept," a Foreign Ministry official said.

Carl Jung’s psychology on energies is that which comes to us as nature not nurture. These energies are the core being that exists within each of us from the day we are born and will be the core part of us until we leave this life behind.
To make a connection:
• The listener must desire to continue to listen

She further stated that during the exercise, she was bonding with people that were not only total strangers, but from very diverse backgrounds. The psychic energy for Carl Jung was a basic life-force which would manifest itself as needed not concentrating through childhood in various body zones as Freud envisaged. The psychic energy resembled physical energy.

We can be energized by those people who we connect with, and de-energized by others causing us to disconnect. The question that still haunted me was; “How do I describe what causes a person to connect or disconnect and what are the results?” The rest of this book deals with that very question.

There are people in your life when having a conversation with them both mentally and physically energize you. You stay connected and enjoy the experience. Five minutes with these good people and you need to go home and take a nap.
Increasing success comes with the knowledge of how to flex or switch back and forth according to what is most fitting.
Once the program was developed it needed a sound bite that described the program in one sentence. I turned to a good friend of mine, who was one of the top Public Relations experts in the oil and gas industry. Thank you Judy for the following sound bite; “When communicating with someone, you need to keep them connected long enough to raise the level of trust to a point where they are willing to let you influence them”.
The increased awareness of the different energies, the willingness to flex, adapt and connect significantly increases their chances of success. In our homes and the workplace every situation dictates a different way to connect. What is suitable in one setting is not necessarily suitable in another. It is naïve and counterproductive to imagine we can freely express all of our energies at one time. Certainly we can at times just be ourselves and project our most comfortable energy and at other times adjust how we connect with others. We have all four energies and with a greater awareness of what is required, we can draw forth the part of ourselves that is needed.
It is important at this point to understand that using this information to manipulate others will only lead to anger, disappointment and a lack of trust.
Successful people have the ability to express themselves differently depending on the situation. Some people intuitively keep people connected to them until they are able to influence. They are able to move to the energy that reflects the other persons energy, thereby, keeping the person connected long enough to raise the level of trust to a point where they are willing to be influenced.

Conflict in the workplace can be caused by a boss playing favorites. I often compare the boss-employee relationship to the parent-child relationship. We all want our bosses to be fair. So let me talk about what drives the perception of fairness...because sometimes it’s really just a perception and as I've said before, not the truth. Let's look at the three drivers of fairness and then talk about why favoritism happens.
Let's say there’s a persecutor in your office who tattles to keep the boss informed,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. The boss may not even be aware of the manipulation but the employees all know what is going on,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. This person is usually in the office with the boss a lot more than anyone else,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. We all know what the victim behavior looks like, but the persecutor can be difficult to identify if their behaviors are subtle.
